This section is full of great tips, ideas and information to help your cricket club get the most out of your overhaul. Here are a number of steps to get your event off to a great start:
STEP 1. Appoint an enthusiastic project leader to help deliver your event.
STEP 2. Set objectives and make a "To-Do" list.
STEP 3. Recruit volunteers, starting with your members is always a good start.
STEP 4. Promote your event, through your local papers, and business community.
STEP 5. On your event day ensure that everyone has been allocated a job
and you look after your volunteers (eg. sunscreen, drinks, lunch etc.)
STEP 6. After the event communicate what has been achieved
and thank your volunteers for their contribution.
