Regularly sharpening your chainsaw’s chain is more cost-effective than replacing it. This Kit provides the essential tools and accessories needed to keep your chainsaw sharp and ready for action. It includes a 5/32” (4.0mm) Round File, Flat File, File Guide, Depth Gauge and File Handle.
The Round File has a 5/32” (4mm) size to suit 3/8LP chains. Use it to sharpen the cutter links of a chain. The Flat File is used to reduce the height of depth gauge links to match the cutter links. The File Guide holds the Round File at a uniform depth while you sharpen each cutter. The Depth Gauge sits in front of the cutting teeth and controls the depth to which the chain is sharpened. Get a secure and comfortable grip on the Flat File using the File Handle.
This Sharpening Kit is suitable for all RYOBI chainsaw chains and most other brands.
