COVID-19 Update

Due to the recent Government announcement about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), all Authorised RYOBI Service Centres will be closed until further notice.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to repair any tools during this time. If any customers currently have a tool that is being repaired, a member of our team will be in contact to provide them with more information.

Our number one priority is the wellbeing of our customers, partners and team members. We encourage you to follow the guidance of the World Health Organisation and NZ Ministry of Health during this time.

Where To Repair?

Welcome to RYOBI’s Service Center locator, we’re happy to assist you. Like all tools and equipment, products sometimes are in need of repair or replacement. We offer several options to fix your RYOBI product.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

All RYOBI tool warranty work must be performed by an Authorised Service Center. To validate your coverage, you must present a proof of purchase, the product and any defective parts that fall within the warranty period. In addition, you may be required to make a refundable deposit. Customers are responsible for service costs outside warranty period.
