Terms and Conditions - RYOBI December 2025 E-Gift Card Promotion (Power Tools & Outdoors)

By registering for this e-gift card promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will at that time, become binding between you and us.

No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is only available online when you register your Eligible Product through the My RYOBI website (promotion or offer).

PROMOTER

This promotion is being conducted by Techtronic Industries N.Z. Limited (NZBN: 9429039761347) of Unit C/70 Business Parade South, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand (Promoter). ELIGIBLE CLAIMANTS

The promotion is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:

1. a) is either a New Zealand citizen or an New Zealand permanent resident;

2. b) provides a New Zealand (physical) street address, that is not a PO Box address;

3. c) receives the e-gift card offer via email at the email address associated with their My RYOBI profile. Only select My RYOBI account holders will be sent this e-gift card offer;

4. d) completes and submits a valid product registration form in accordance with the Platform Terms of Use available at https://www.ryobi.co.nz/platform-terms-use ;

5. e) registers for this e-gift card for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group of persons;

6. f) does not in any way tamper with the e-gift card and/or the registration process for the e-gift card;

7. g) enters the correct serial/model numbers for the relevant products and for all products in a product kit; and

8. h) purchases an Eligible RYOBI Product from Bunnings (New Zealand) during the Purchase Period.

E-GIFT CARD OFFER

Eligible claimants who purchase an Eligible RYOBI Product between 6/12/2025 and 22/12/2025 from Bunnings (New Zealand) and register that Eligible Ryobi Product between 6/12/2025 and 11:59pm NZDT 24/12/2025 will receive a $20 JB HI-FI e-gift card.

The e-gift card must be activated within 30 days of issue and transferred to a JB HI-FI e-gift card within 6 months of activation. The e-gift card is then valid for three (3) years from activation date. The e-gift card is subject to the issuer’s Terms and Conditions (Blackhawk Network and JB Hi-Fi).

Eligible claimants can only register and claim the e-gift card electronically through the online registrations page: https://www.ryobi.co.nz/register

Only one e-gift card claim is permitted per person. For the avoidance of doubt a person will only be eligible for one e-gift card regardless of whether a person purchases and registers 1 or multiple Eligible Products.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The e-gift card promotion Purchase Period runs from Saturday 6^th December 2025 to Monday 22^nd December 2025 (for specific products set out in Table 1). Eligible Product registrations must be submitted to and received by the Promoter, between Saturday 6^th December 2025 and 11:59pm NZDT on Wednesday 24^th December 2025 to be eligible for the e-gift card promotion.

For clarity, an eligible claimant has until Monday 22^nd December 2025 to make a purchase (for products in Table 1) and until 11:59pm NZDT Wednesday 24^th December 2025 to register the Eligible Product to become eligible to receive the e-gift card.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

To be able to register and claim the e-gift card offer, one of the eligible RYOBI Tool Only or Kit products listed in TABLE 1 (Eligible Product / Eligible RYOBI Product) must be purchased from Bunnings (New Zealand) during the Purchase Period.

~Applicants are only eligible to receive the e-gift card offered in the email communication. The e-gift card offered in this promotion is a JB HI-FI e-gift card (supplied through Blackhawk Network).

*Tool Only products are not eligible if they are purchased in a kit.

The Eligible RYOBI Product cannot be purchased or used in conjunction with any other offer.

The e-gift card offer only applies to products included in the Promotion List (Table 1), purchased from Bunnings (New Zealand) in New Zealand. Products purchased from non-authorised sellers (including parallel imports), or outside New Zealand are not eligible to participate in this e-gift card promotion.

Products included in Table 1 are identified as “Tool Only” or “Kit” products. For clarity, if a “Tool Only” product is purchased in a kit that is not included in the Eligible Kit Products in Table 1, that product is not eligible for this promotion.

A valid registration requires providing accurate personal contact information, including your full name, contact number, email address, the RYOBI product purchased, the New Zealand authorised retailer store it was purchased from, product serial number, and a copy of the proof of purchase (store product receipt). Any registration form/application that fails to provide true and correct information (including but not limited to product serial/model numbers) will be deemed invalid and excluded from the e-gift card offer.

If the RYOBI product purchased is registered online at the My RYOBI portal within the first 30 days of purchase, the product may qualify for an extended warranty at no additional cost. For warranty details please visit: https://www.RYOBI.co.nz/support/warranties.

The no cost extended warranty is only available to the original purchaser/eligible claimant who purchased the RYOBI product under the e-gift card offer and registered online at My RYOBI portal within the first 30 days of purchase. The extended warranty will only apply for successful online registration completed within 30 days of purchase. If an eligible claimant sells or gives away the RYOBI product purchased to another person, the no cost extended warranty will no longer apply.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

Eligible RYOBI Products must be purchased from Bunnings (New Zealand) in New Zealand (a New Zealand authorised retailer). Eligible Products purchased from any other retailer or marketplace are excluded from this offer.
Products NOT listed in Table 1 are excluded from this promotion.

This offer does not apply to products in the Promotion list when:

1. 1.  Products are purchased using an employee discount. 

HOW TO CLAIM THE E-GIFT CARD

To be eligible for the e-gift card offer, an eligible claimant must:

1. a) Purchase an Eligible Product (from products in Table 1) between Saturday 6^th December 2025 and Monday 22^nd December 2025 from Bunnings (New Zealand) in New Zealand. Please keep your purchase receipt as you will need a copy of your receipt to register your product online.

2. b) Register the Eligible Product online through the My RYOBI Portal: (https://www.ryobi.co.nz/register) by 11:59pm NZDT on Wednesday 24^th December 2025.

3. c) You must register the product within the My RYOBI account linked to the email this offer was sent to.

4. d) Once you register your product, the RYOBI team will confirm your eligibility within five [5] business days of the product registration with your e-gift card and subsequently dispatch the eGift card if eligible.

There is no fee charged to register for this promotion other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.

DELIVERY

The e-gift card will be emailed to the email address associated with the My RYOBI account in which the product is registered.

If the Promoter runs out of e-gift cards due to demand and current available stock levels, eligible claimants will be contacted and have the choice of waiting until the new e-gift cards arrive or be offered an alternative option or bonus offer as notified by the Promoter. Any alternative or substituted bonus offer will have the same or a greater value than the advertised e-gift card offer.

GENERAL

The Promoter is not responsible for and will not be liable to any eligible claimants under any circumstances where:

• either the e-gift card platform vendor Blackhawk Network or any of the e-gift card retailers are unable to process or honour any of the e-gift card(s) issued, including but not limited to the insolvency of the e-gift card platform vendor Blackhawk Network or any of the e-gift card retailers;
• a retailer makes the decision to withdraw their e-gift card(s);
• any e-gift card(s) are discontinued, unavailable or expire.

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected claim forms. Payment must be made in full for a product as per the invoice and lay-bys will not be accepted.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by an eligible claimant disqualifies their claim(s) and registration.

The e-gift card cannot be returned and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that any offer is unavailable, due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will offer an alternative bonus offer at its discretion, being of equal or higher value.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotion offer if it cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control which may include software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic and the like.

If the e-gift card promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any eligible claimant, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to an eligible claimant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of an eligible claimant receiving an e-gift card or bonus offer are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Promoter collects personal information in order to administer the promotion, the product warranty, for its own marketing purposes and for market analysis. The Promoter may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service partners and providers, offer suppliers. The Promoter will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you have been informed or you have consented or when the Promoter are otherwise permitted or authorised to do so by law. Participation in the program is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised by you, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct personal information held about you or make a complaint about a privacy concern or a breach of the New Zealand privacy laws. GOVERNING LAWS

The laws of New Zealand apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
