USB Chainsaw Chain Sharpening 2Ah Kit

Frequent use, cutting into dirty wood and accidentally touching the ground can quickly cause your chainsaw’s chain to go blunt. This can reduce cutting speeds and increase the risk of kickback. As the chain underperforms, it can also cause excessive fuel or battery consumption.

Chains can be sharpened many times before needing to be replaced. This Kit enables you to take the more cost-effective DIY approach to sharpening a chainsaw chain. It comprises a USB Rotary Tool, File Guide, 3 x Sharpening Files (5/32" Bit, 3/16" Bit, 7/32" Bit) and a Wrench.

The Rotary Tool has a variable speed dial for greater control. Its Quick Change Collet enables simple swaps between Sharpening File sizes. The tips on the Sharpening Files are made from a high grade aluminium oxide, which maintains a low temperature to reduce grit loss and prolong bit life. Three sizes are included to suit common chainsaw chain pitches.

Attach the File Guide to achieve correct and accurate sharpening angles for the cutting teeth.

This Kit also includes a removable USB Lithium 2Ah Battery and USB-C Charging Cable. The Battery can power any tool from the RYOBI USB Lithium range. The Charging Cable can be used to charge any RYOBI USB Lithium Battery.

With a compact design, the Rotary Tool is portable and easy to store alongside your Chainsaw in a carry bag.
